For over 15 years, I’ve been devoted to uncovering the deeper truths that live in the body. The wisdom of the nervous system, the hidden stories in the fascia, the soul’s memory in the pelvic bowl.
My work brings together the best of Western medicine, trauma science, and somatic healing with the spiritual insight of feminine wisdom traditions and quantum energetics.
Through Somatic Pelvic Care, I weave hands-on pelvic floor therapy with the science of embodiment, trauma resolution, and Quantum Spine Energetics. This creates a field where your body feels seen and honored in its full complexity.
My passion is guiding women back into the most intimate parts of themselves, the places that hold both pain and power. Together, we untangle old patterns, dissolve held trauma, and awaken the creative flow of life force within you. This is not about fixing what is “wrong.” It’s about reclaiming your presence, your pleasure, and your truth.
I bring my clinical expertise, lived experience, intuitive wisdom, and soul-aligned passion to every session.
As a mama to two beautiful boys, it was through my own rite of passage into motherhood that the deepest roots of my medicine were born. Whether you’re preparing for birth, healing postpartum, navigating pelvic pain, or reclaiming your feminine creative power, I am here to walk with you, into your body, into your wholeness, into the rhythm of your sacred bloom.

Movement has always been my language, the way I process the world, reconnect with myself, and care for my mental health. That love of movement first led me to physical therapy. But it was becoming a mother that truly shifted my focus. After two births, I realized how unfamiliar and unsupported my own pelvic floor felt. That experience lit a fire in me to learn more, and to help others navigating the same disconnection, whether after childbirth, surgery, or simply the changes of life.
Now, as I move toward menopause myself, I feel called even more deeply to support women in every season. Each phase, postpartum, midlife, menopause, brings its own shifts, yet pelvic health is rarely spoken about. My work is about changing that.
My approach blends compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. Using Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) principles, I look at the whole body, breath, posture, alignment, and movement, not just the symptoms at the surface. Sessions often begin with subtle breath-based techniques to restore balance across the diaphragm, ribcage, pelvis, and feet. From there, we reconnect breath to the pelvic floor, easing tension, improving coordination, and rebuilding strength.
This work is intimate and powerful. Pelvic health touches how we move, how we rest, and how we show up in the world. My role is to walk beside you, helping you feel informed, supported, and at home in your body again.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me running forest trails, cycling with my husband, or pouring my creativity into baking birthday cakes for my kids. Those moments of breath, joy, and movement fuel the work I love to do.

When I started my career in pelvic physical therapy, I was unaware of just how deep this work would take me. It was within my first year of working at a pelvic specialty clinic, my first job out of PT school, that I began to experience a cascade of symptoms.
Pelvic pain, skin irritation, absent period. I was frustrated but thought, “Ok, I’m a pelvic PT, I’ll just pelvic PT myself.” I was dismayed to find that the tools at my disposal did little to shift my experience.
Humbled, I broadened my search for teachers and modalities outside of the Western medical paradigm to help me. I studied menstrual health with Lisa Hendrickson-Jack, energetic womb healing with Tami Lynn Kent, somatic trauma repair with Kimberly Ann Johnson, integrative pelvic care with Sacred Bloom’s own Tara Morrison, and erotic relational work with various esteemed embodiment teachers in Boulder, CO.
As I tended my physical body and spirit through all of these teachings, my tissues softened, my period returned revitalized, my relationships deepened, and my erotic life blossomed to new frontiers.
What I previously called symptoms revealed themselves as messengers. My pelvis, my womb, my center was calling me into greater integrity and deeper alignment.
I’m here for the women who feel stuck in a pelvic pain loop. I’m here for the women who feel at odds with their uteruses because of period pain or dysfunction. I’m here for the women who feel like they don’t know who they are anymore after having a baby. I’m here for the women who want rich and inspiring erotic lives and don’t know how to get there.
Equipped now with a wide range of holistic tools, I offer sessions that usher women through pain, disconnection, and numbness into radical revitalization of the pelvic region.

At Sacred Bloom, we believe:
Healing happens in safe, attuned spaces
The pelvis holds more than anatomy: it holds story, power, and memory
The nervous system must be part of the healing
You deserve care that honors your complexity
When women heal, families and communities heal

At Sacred Bloom, we don't see your symptoms as problems, instead we listen to the story they carry.
