What can I expect during a Discovery Call?

The Discovery Call is a 40-minute virtual conversation with Tara. It’s a chance for you to share what you’re navigating and get clarity on which path of care best fits your needs — whether that’s pelvic floor PT, somatic pelvic care, or deeper 1:1 support. There’s no pressure, no diagnosis — just attuned listening and guidance.

Do you take insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider. Many of our clients choose to submit superbills to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement. If you’d like to go this route, we’re happy to provide documentation for your care.

HSA/FSA cards are accepted for pelvic floor physical therapy.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule sessions. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as we reserve that time and energetic space specifically for you. This policy allows us to honor your time, our providers’ time, and the depth of the work we do.

How much does this cost?

Because we offer multiple types of care — from pelvic floor PT to 1:1 immersion work — the investment varies based on the path you choose. A range of pricing is shared on the Discovery Call application form, and we’re happy to walk you through the options based on what feels most supportive for you.
