The Discovery Call is a 40-minute virtual conversation with Dr. Tara. It’s a chance for you to share what you’re navigating and get clarity on which path of care best fits your needs , whether that’s pelvic floor PT, somatic pelvic care, quantum spine sessions, or community. This is a time for you to make sure our clinic feels aligned for your goals.

If care feels aligned, please be prepared to book your care plan at the end of the call. We do not have front desk support at this time and use this time to schedule your sessions and book your care plan.

If you need to discuss payment or investment with your partner or another person, please do so before joining the call. When you schedule your discovery call your confirmation email will contain a link to an application, the range of investment for services is listed on this application.

We are an out-of-network provider. Many of our clients choose to submit superbills to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement. If you’d like to go this route, we’re happy to provide documentation for your care.

HSA/FSA cards are accepted for pelvic floor physical therapy.

Quantum Spine Sessions do no qualify for insurance reimbursement.

We ask for 24-48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule sessions. No Shows and Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full visit fee, as we reserve that time and energetic space specifically for you. This policy allows us to honor your time, our providers’ time, and the depth of the work we do.

Discovery sessions are free of charge however a card must be placed on file to hold your appointment. No shows and last minute calls will be charged $75. Dr. Tara keeps space on her calendar to take these calls directly, please be on time, call your insurance ahead of time to ask about your out of network coverage, and bring your calendar to the call.

Because we offer multiple types of care, from pelvic floor PT to somatic pelvic care and quantum spine sessions, the investment varies based on the path you choose. A range of pricing is shared on the Discovery Call application form, and we’re happy to walk you through the options based on what feels most supportive for you.

We also offer virtual care worldwide. While we cannot provide physical therapy services out of the state of Washington we do offer somatic coaching and quantum spine sessions combined with a comprehensive online course.

Many out of town clients work with us virtually and then travel to us for an in-person intensive spanning 3-5 days to receive in-person hands on pelvic care.
