Dr. Tara Morrison

"DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL TherAPY, Creator of SOMATIC PELVIC CARE, Intimacy Guide, quantum Spine Systems Practitioner

For over 13 years, I’ve been devoted to uncovering the deeper truths that live in the body — the wisdom of the nervous system, the hidden stories in the fascia, the soul’s memory in the pelvic bowl.

My work brings together the best of Western medicine, trauma science, and somatic healing with the spiritual insight of feminine wisdom traditions and quantum energetics.

Through Somatic Pelvic Care, I weave hands-on and internal pelvic therapy with the science of embodiment, trauma resolution, and Quantum Spine systems. This creates a field where your body feels seen and honored in its full complexity. Because pelvic work is never just physical — it is soul work.

My passion is guiding women back into the most intimate parts of themselves — the places that hold both pain and power. Together, we untangle old patterns, dissolve held trauma, and awaken the creative flow of life force within you. This is not about fixing what is “wrong.” It’s about reclaiming your presence, your pleasure, and your truth.

I bring my clinical expertise, lived experience, intuitive wisdom, and soul-aligned passion to every session.

As a mama to two beautiful boys, it was through my own rite of passage into motherhood that the deepest roots of my medicine were born. Whether you’re preparing for birth, healing postpartum, navigating pelvic pain, or reclaiming your feminine power, I am here to walk with you — into your body, into your wholeness, into the rhythm of your sacred bloom.

DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY, INTEGRATIVE PELVIC FLOOR PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Movement has always been my language, the way I process the world, reconnect with myself, and care for my mental health. That love of movement first led me to physical therapy. But it was becoming a mother that truly shifted my focus. After two births, I realized how unfamiliar and unsupported my own pelvic floor felt. That experience lit a fire in me to learn more, and to help others navigating the same disconnection, whether after childbirth, surgery, or simply the changes of life.

Now, as I move toward menopause myself, I feel called even more deeply to support women in every season. Each phase, postpartum, midlife, menopause, brings its own shifts, yet pelvic health is rarely spoken about. My work is about changing that.

My approach blends compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. Using Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) principles, I look at the whole body, breath, posture, alignment, and movement ,not just the symptoms at the surface. Sessions often begin with subtle breath-based techniques to restore balance across the diaphragm, ribcage, pelvis, and feet. From there, we reconnect breath to the pelvic floor, easing tension, improving coordination, and rebuilding strength.

This work is intimate and powerful. Pelvic health touches how we move, how we rest, and how we show up in the world. My role is to walk beside you, helping you feel informed, supported, and at home in your body again.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me running forest trails, cycling with my husband, or pouring my creativity into baking birthday cakes for my kids. Those moments of breath, joy, and movement fuel the work I love to do..

Meet Dr. Tara

DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL TherAPY, Creator of SOMATIC PELVIC CARE, Intimacy Guide, quantum Spine Systems Practitioner

As a little girl, I was endlessly curious, always asking “Why.” That same question has guided my entire path, moving me beyond surface answers, beyond conventional training, and into the deeper truths that live in the body and soul.

While my professional titles include Doctor of Physical Therapy and Women’s Health Coach, the heart of my offerings extends far beyond credentials. My work is the medicine of Somatic Pelvic Care and Quantum Spine Care, guiding women into recalibration and remembrance through body, energy, and soul.

Early in my career I carried a soft spot for women’s health and soon realized that what was truly needed for complex chronic pain and pelvic health was not found in textbooks.

Over the past 12 years I immersed myself in mind-body medicine, functional health, lifestyle medicine, feminine health studies, yoga and Pilates, emotional healing, and energy medicine. I kept following the threads that pulled me deeper.

My own spiritual rite of passage into motherhood became a catalyst. Shortly after my second son was born, I was reading Polyvagal Theory when a truth landed fully: from preconception through the early years of life, a mother’s energetic, emotional, and physical state imprints the foundation for her child. Our children mirror the state of our nervous system, the tender, the messy, and the beautiful.

This realization sent me deeper into the study of generational trauma, somatic healing, nervous system recalibration, and the connections between early experiences and long-term health. Over time, my work has expanded into a field that weaves science and spirit, body and frequency. It is medicine that reaches into the seen and unseen, restoring coherence and awakening the body’s innate capacity to heal.

Today, through Sacred Bloom Pelvic Care, I guide women into healing that is not about fixing what is broken, but about remembering the wholeness that has always been there. Whether through pelvic healing, quantum recalibration, or soulful care, my work meets you at the threshold of what has been and supports you in stepping into what is waiting to emerge.

Our Philosophy

At Sacred Bloom, we believe:

  • Healing happens in safe, attuned spaces

  • The pelvis holds more than anatomy: it holds story, power, and memory

  • The nervous system must be part of the healing

  • You deserve care that honors your complexity

  • When women heal, families and communities heal

Your healing ripples beyond you.

When you reclaim your pelvis, you reclaim your power. When you trust your body's wisdom, you model sovereignty for your children. Therefore, the most radical thing you can do is come home to yourself.

At Sacred Bloom, we don't see your body as a problem, we listen to the story it carries.
