I'm so glad you're here.
As a pelvic floor physical therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience specializing in pelvic health, women's lifestyle medicine, and perinatal care, I believe that as women we deserve attuned care that meets us in our complexity. As a somatic and quatum spine energetics practitioner I bridge the physical world of movement, biomehcanics, and manual therapy with the awareness that physical symptoms most often originate within the unseen energetic and emotional body.
I love getting to show up everyday and serve, meeting my clients bodies at the intersection of the physical and the mystical.
Through both my clinical training and my own personal journey navigating birth, postpartum recovery and burnout, I have become deeply committed to helping women come home to their bodies. Not just to feel better, but to feel whole and to return to a state of joy.
I founded Sacred Bloom Pelvic Care to offer the care I believe we as women deeply deserve. Attuned care that takes the whole person into consideration. Clinical and somatic. Precise and intuitive. Grounded in science and open to the full depth of what healing can be.
Our sessions are a blend of hands-on pelvic floor therapy, somatic bodywork, nervous system support, energy medicine, breathwork, and movement. Education is woven through everything we do together, because when you truly understand what your body is doing and why, healing becomes something you participate in rather than something that happens to you.
Whatever brought you here, I'm honored you found your way.
At Sacred Bloom, our team is committed to caring for the whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
We believe your care should feel accessible, deeply personal, and woven into the reality of your everyday life. Healing doesn't happen in isolation. It happens within the context of your relationships, your history, your nervous system, and the things that matter most to you. Our goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you create change that actually lasts.
We are happy to collaborate with your other healthcare providers to ensure your care feels coordinated and held from all sides.
We also believe this work is rooted in returning to yourself, not in fixing something that is broken. Your body is not the problem. Your symptoms are not failures. They are signals, and our role is to help you learn to listen to them, so you can move through every stage of life with greater ease, confidence, and connection to who you are.
Relationship is a cornerstone of our care. We want you to feel supported between sessions, not just during them. Communication and collaboration are key. This ongoing connection helps maintain momentum, deepen your progress, and ensures that the work we do together continues to ripple through your life long after you leave the treatment room.

As a little girl, I was always one of those curious kids, constantly asking why. That same curiosity has led me on a lifelong journey of self exploration, clinical education, and spiritual development.
As a young athlete in high school, I was introduced to physical therapy after a bout of back pain. I wasn't particularly impressed with the care I received, but I remember thinking: this could be a really meaningful career. I'd just do it differently.
So off I went.
Early in my career I worked in orthopedic medicine, primarily with people living with chronic pain. I quickly realized that the tools I had learned in school, while valuable for general orthopedic injuries, weren't quite enough for the people I was sitting across from. Something was missing.
At the time I was deeply devoted to my own yoga practice and feeling its effects in my body and nervous system firsthand. That led me to studying meditation for chronic pain, and eventually into a three year certification in Medical Therapeutic Yoga.
From there I spent six years working as a staff PT in a Pilates studio, apprenticing and earning a certification in Romana's Pilates. Layered with training from the Postural Restoration Institute and a growing integration of yoga and lifestyle medicine, I began carving my own approach to working with the body. That path led me deeper into women's health, functional medicine, and eventually into the world of pelvic health.
The birth of my first son was a true initiation.
My homebirth became a hospital birth. Everything I had planned and hoped for went out the window. And in the aftermath, I felt just how deeply my sense of worth had been tied to that experience.
The integration of that birth, on the other side of it, inspired me to continue my education with Birth Story Medicine, Somatic Healing, and to go further on my own spiritual path of Women's Sexual Shamanism. It cracked something open in me that became foundational to the work I do now, both in the physical and energetic realm. The physical healing in my own body postpartum including diastasis recti, an umbilical hernia, and prolapse has further informed how I approach birth preparation and postpartum healing. And the cultivation of my intuition, creativity, and medicine channel through my embodiment journey is woven into the way I approach each and every client.
The work I do today is a blend of clinical skill and lived experience. Of science and embodiment. Of everything I have learned in a classroom and everything I have moved through as a woman, a mother, and someone who has walked through her own burnout and come out the other side.
It is my soul's gift to bring this work into the world. And to teach others to do the same. I am so grateful for every one of you who says yes to receive it.
For over 15 years, I’ve been devoted to uncovering the deeper truths that live in the body. The wisdom of the nervous system, the hidden stories in the fascia, the soul’s memory in the pelvic bowl.
My work brings together the best of Western medicine, trauma science, and somatic healing with the spiritual insight of feminine wisdom traditions and quantum energetics.
Through Somatic Pelvic Care, I weave hands-on pelvic floor therapy with the science of embodiment, trauma integration, and Quantum Spine Energetics. This creates a field where your body feels seen and honored in its full complexity.
My passion is guiding women back into the most intimate parts of themselves, the places that hold both pain and power. Together, we untangle old patterns, dissolve held trauma, and awaken the creative flow of life force within you. This is not about fixing what is “wrong.” It’s about reclaiming your presence, your pleasure, and your truth.
I bring my clinical expertise, lived experience, intuitive wisdom, and soul-aligned passion to every session.
As a mama to two beautiful boys, it was through my own rite of passage into motherhood that the deepest roots of my medicine were born. Whether you’re preparing for birth, healing postpartum, navigating pelvic pain, or reclaiming your feminine creative power, I am here to walk with you, into your body, into your wholeness, into the rhythm of your sacred bloom.
Movement has always been my language, the way I process the world, reconnect with myself, and care for my mental health. That love of movement first led me to physical therapy. But it was becoming a mother that truly shifted my focus. After two births, I realized how unfamiliar and unsupported my own pelvic floor felt. That experience lit a fire in me to learn more , and to help others navigating the same disconnection, whether after childbirth, surgery, or simply the changes of life.
Now, as I move toward menopause myself, I feel called even more deeply to support women in every season. Each phase, postpartum, midlife, menopause, brings its own shifts, yet pelvic health is rarely spoken about. My work is about changing that.
My approach blends compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. Using Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) principles, I look at the whole body, breath, posture, alignment, and movement, not just the symptoms at the surface. Sessions often begin with subtle breath-based techniques to restore balance across the diaphragm, ribcage, pelvis, and feet. From there, we reconnect breath to the pelvic floor, easing tension, improving coordination, and rebuilding strength.
This work is intimate and powerful. Pelvic health touches how we move, how we rest, and how we show up in the world. My role is to walk beside you, helping you feel informed, supported, and at home in your body again.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me running forest trails, cycling with my husband, or pouring my creativity into baking birthday cakes for my kids. Those moments of breath, joy, and movement fuel the work I love to do.
When I started my career in pelvic physical therapy, I was unaware of just how deep this work would take me. It was within my first year of working at a pelvic specialty clinic, my first job out of PT school, that I began to experience a cascade of symptoms.
Pelvic pain, skin irritation, absent period. I was frustrated but thought, “Ok, I’m a pelvic PT, I’ll just pelvic PT myself.” I was dismayed to find that the tools at my disposal did little to shift my experience.
Humbled, I broadened my search for teachers and modalities outside of the Western medical paradigm to help me. I studied menstrual health with Lisa Hendrickson-Jack, energetic womb healing with Tami Lynn Kent, somatic trauma repair with Kimberly Ann Johnson, integrative pelvic care with Sacred Bloom’s own Tara Morrison, and erotic relational work with various esteemed embodiment teachers in Boulder, CO.
As I tended my physical body and spirit through all of these teachings, my tissues softened, my period returned revitalized, my relationships deepened, and my erotic life blossomed to new frontiers.
What I previously called symptoms revealed themselves as messengers. My pelvis, my womb, my center was calling me into greater integrity and deeper alignment.
I’m here for the women who feel stuck in a pelvic pain loop. I’m here for the women who feel at odds with their uteruses because of period pain or dysfunction. I’m here for the women who feel like they don’t know who they are anymore after having a baby. I’m here for the women who want rich and inspiring erotic lives and don’t know how to get there.
Equipped now with a wide range of holistic tools, I offer sessions that usher women through pain, disconnection, and numbness into radical revitalization of the pelvic region.

At Sacred Bloom, we don't see your symptoms as problems, instead we listen to the story they carry.
