Postpartum Core Resilience

Your postpartum body isn't broken. She's been through an initiation.

This isn't about "bouncing back" or getting your "pre-baby body" back. This is about coming home to who you're becoming , stronger, wiser, and more connected than before.

Postpartum can bring challenges you didn’t expect

You may notice leaking when you laugh or sneeze. Intimacy may feel different, even painful. Core strength may feel unstable. Or you may sense a disconnection from the body that once felt wholly yours.

These experiences don’t mean you are broken. They mean your body is calling for care.

You may be moving through diastasis recti, prolapse, pelvic or back pain, or fatigue that no amount of rest seems to resolve. And while you hold deep love for your baby, you may also feel a quiet grief for the confidence and ease you once felt in your own skin.

Here’s what you’ve likely been told:

“Your body will never be the same.”

“This is just part of being a mom.”

“Give it time.”

But time alone doesn’t rebuild a core. Time alone doesn’t restore pelvic floor function. Time alone doesn’t reconnect you to your power as a woman.

What if there was another way?

Why Postpartum Core Resilience Matters

Postpartum Core Resilience is not about fixing what is broken. It is about honoring what your body has carried and guiding you into strength, connection, and wholeness.

Traditional pelvic floor therapy often treats you like a set of muscles to manage. At Sacred Bloom, we see you as a whole woman.

We go beyond cookie-cutter exercises and symptom management. We meet your body in its story, physical, emotional, and energetic, and create space for healing that is both functional and transformational.

At Sacred Bloom Pelvic Care, we understand that your core weakness might be connected to how you're holding stress. That your pelvic pain might be linked to your birth story. That your disconnection from your body isn't just physical, it's emotional, energetic, and nervous system-based.

We address the symptoms AND the story underneath them.

What Becomes Possible

  • A core and pelvic floor that feel strong, stable, and supported

  • Freedom from leaking, pain, or movement limitations

  • A smoother recovery and return to the activities you love

  • More ease and confidence in intimacy

  • A body that feels like home, safe, alive, and fully yours

One client described feeling “lighter and more joyful” than she had in years.

Another said, “I came for pelvic floor therapy and left having healed my soul.”

And after seeing another provider for months "I didn't start getting better until I started working with you"

This is the difference when you are seen as whole.

What Women Are Saying

"Tara is incredible. I’ve had a low back mystery injury for about 10 years now. No one has been able to (or taken the time to) figure it out; Tara did! I started seeing her for pregnancy/ postpartum care. Let me also say I’m a childbirth educator, a doula and I teach prenatal yoga, so I’m really in the birth world and have a lot of knowledge in this area. Everything she helped me with was so spot on and opened my eyes further into areas where my body could soften or strengthen. She is very intuitive and helped guide me on my path. There are a ton of pelvic PT’s out there, but there is something special about Tara. It’s not just the longer than normal appointment times, her depth of knowledge of the body or her sense of humor… it’s something you can’t quite quantify, and it’s so worth it. Thank you Tara!"

"Tara supported me holistically as I recovered physically from my surgical birth and emotionally as I made my transition into motherhood. She helped guide me towards grace as I struggled with childhood trauma and perfectionist tendencies as a new parent. She also helped guide me to a place of acceptance under the weight of so much change. I had a remarkably smooth recovery from my c-section and was able to return to the physical activities I love without pain or injury. I give Tara so much credit as a physical therapist and pelvic floor expert for that privilege."
