Leaking, prolapse, and pelvic pressure: Urinary leaking, pelvic organ prolapse, and heaviness or pressure are among the most common postpartum complaints. We assess the root cause and treat it directly, with hands-on care and a personalized home program.

Postural Recovery & Body Mechanics: Feeding, carrying, and lifting your baby all day takes a physical toll. We help you move in ways that protect your body and reduce pain, with practical guidance you can use right away. (Even if you are years out from having your babies)

Scar Tissue Mobilization & Healing: Whether you had a perineal tear, episiotomy, or cesarean birth, scar tissue can contribute to pain, tightness, and restricted movement. We provide hands-on scar mobilization and teach you how to continue that work at home.

Pain with intimacy: Returning to sex after birth can be painful or feel different than before. This is not something you have to accept. We address the physical contributors, tissue tension, scar tissue, hormonal changes, and support your full recovery.

Birth story processing and emotional recovery: Postpartum recovery is not only physical. If your birth was difficult, traumatic, or not what you planned, that experience lives in your body too. Manual Therapy for Your Whole System

Somatic Tools for Stored Emotions
